Philip is told by an angel to leave a successful work in Samaria and go to a desert road.  There he meets an Ethiopian on his way home from worship in Jerusalem.  Philip preaches Jesus and the man asks, “Here is water. What keeps me from being baptized?”  Acts 8:26-39
